Connect Centre is an ITE Certified OJT Centre. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide call centre training programs that are interactive, useful and makes learning a fun and lively experience.

All about the VOICE
- Proper telephone etiquette to equip them with the right skills in greeting and ending a conversation.

What is NEEDED
- Typing practices for the call agent to be able to achieve a speed of 40 words per minute.
- Team work to instill a culture that fosters cohesiveness and contribution.
- Campaign knowledge for the agents to understand each unique service or product.
- Role play to build confidence, sharpen response, gauge intonation.

ACTION TIME
- Handling objections to respond deftly and calmly; not exacerbating an adverse situation.
