and ending a conversation.

- Typing practices for the call agent to be able to achieve a speed of 40 words
per minute.
- Team work to instill a culture that fosters cohesiveness and contribution.
- Campaign knowledge for the agents to understand each unique service or product.
- Role play to build confidence, sharpen response, gauge intonation.

- Handling objections to respond deftly and calmly; not exacerbating an adverse
situation.
