Motivation |
Connect Centre attracts successful agents through Singapore Prison Services,
our recruitment source. Singapore Prison Services provide us
with a broad applicant pool from which we can better assess talent
and select only the candidates who are most likely to achieve
the desired results for our clients. The initial selection by
Singapore Prison Services will consists of individuals' type
of sentence, behavioral pattern and other conditions, all of
which are classified.
Connect Centre will select the call agents based on their:
- Education background
- Computer literacy
- Ability to articulate
- Length of sentence
- Learning aptitude and attitude
