What are the security measures taken to ensure that our data is protected?
Our physical location speaks for itself. Apart from that, our agents
are required to go through a series of checks before they enter,
and after they leave the call centre. Paper and any form of removable
storage media cannot be brought in out out of the premises.
What are the profiles of these inmates?
Our agents are selected based on their computer knowledge, their
ability to speak at least 2 languages fluently and have a typing
speed of at least 40 words per minute. We have a diversified
pool of talents, ranging from former call centre managers to
sales executives.
What are the measures put in place to ensure that the inmates do not
fraternize with the customers?
100% of all inbound and outbound calls in the call centre are recorded.
The supervisors conduct random monitoring to ensure that the agents
abide to the standard operating procedures, and that all calls
are handled in a professional manner.
