Physical Location - We are located in
Changi Women's Prison. Access is strictly regulated
and only authorized personnel are allowed access. All visitors
have to obtain security clearance before visiting the call centre
and must produce photo identification for entry.
Camera Surveillance - Movement along all common pathways,
waiting areas and holding areas are tracked and recorded.
Server Room - Only our technical manager is allowed entry
to the server room. It is double locked when the technical manager
is off duty and entry is barred to even supervisors.
Remote Accessing - At any point in time, the supervisors
are able to observe the agents' activities and the
applications that the agents are using without the
agents being aware of it.
Audit Trail - Any data input or amendments made on
the system can be traced and
tracked by the date, time, and agent.
Password Protection - Each agent is issued a password
for the particular campaign that she is servicing and there is
no access to other links or files outside of her assigned scope
of work.
