To be the leading contact centre in Singapore and to contribute towards the re-integration of ex-offenders into mainstream society by providing quality vocational training, opportunities, and guidance to our agents, service excellence to our clients ,and thereby creating value for our employees, our clients, and our shareholders.

Our Mission

As a professionally managed call centre, we deliver value-added customer service with finesse, imparting a high level of operational expertise that synchronises both clients' and customers' needs. We aim to provide the public with excellent services that will exceed their expectations in every aspect. We acknowledge that varying entities have different specifications and requirements, and customisation of services is a necessity. Our business is to be outstanding in delivering a service that is unparalleled. Having a firm grasp on the intricacies of the inherent complexities of inbound / outbound contact solutions is what we take pride in. Our establishment also acts as a social enterprise to provide offenders with an avenue to equip themselves with new skills and knowledge through positive work ethics.

Having Corporate Social Responsibility as our core mission and vision has helped our contact centre to shine and be acknowledged as a leading and professional establishment in the Singapore Contact Centre Industry, with concomitant vocational training programmes to promote social rehabilitative efforts and create job opportunities for ex-offenders.
